IMPORTANT !!!
After
changing the oil, the gearbox oil level must be checked and corrected if necessary.
MAINTENANCE
1. Empty all hoses used in a suitable oil disposal tank.
2. After using the transmission oil exchange and flushing machine, wind up the red and black hoses
and place them in the holder on the side of the transmission oil exchange and flushing machine.
Put the adapter pieces and hoses back in the adapter case. Keep the adapter case on the back of
the transmission oil exchange and flushing machine.
3. If the oil flow rate through the transmission purge unit remains very low even at higher air
pressure, replace its oil filter.
TROUBLESHOOTING
1. You turn on the mains switch of the transmission oil exchange and flushing machine but it does
not run.
Check that the voltage display lights up.
Check if the pump is running.
2. The hoses are connected, but the inspection glasses do not show any flow, even with increased
air pressure.
Check that the flow and return control switches are set correctly.
3. The hoses are connected, but the inspection glasses do not show any flow even with increased
air pressure and the engine running.
Check if the directions of the feed and return hoses are possibly reversed.
