Lower leg stimulation
If you want to stimulate your lower legs at the same time as your feet, proceed as follows:
Step 1: Moisten the cuffs
• Remove the two cuffs from the packaging. Moisten the two
cuffs with water or a water-based electrode gel. This provides
better conduction of the electricity. Do not use cream or lotion;
only use water or a water-based electrode gel.
Step 2: Connect the connection cables to the cuff
• Connect the connection cables to the press stud on the cuff as
shown. Ensure that the connection cable is firmly connected
to the cuff.
Step 3: Connect the connection cables to the device
WARNING
Ensure that the device is switched off.
• Insert the connection cables into the L and R connection sock-
ets on the front of the device.
Step 4: Position the cuffs on your lower legs
• Place the cuffs on your lower legs as shown. The electrode
should be positioned on your calf and may reach as far as your
shin, depending on the circumference of your leg.
• Make sure that the cuffs are fastened tightly, but still feel com-
fortable. Position the connection cables so that you can easily
move your feet back and forth on the foot areas of the device.
Step 5: Start lower leg stimulation
• To start lower leg stimulation, follow steps 1 to 6 from section
“6.1 Foot stimulation”.
