The monitor is made from precision components. The accuracy of the measurements and service life
of the device depend on its careful handling:
• Protect the device from impact and do not drop it.
• Protect the device from damaging factors such as moisture, dirt, dust, blood, control solution or
water, marked temperature fluctuations, direct sunlight and extreme cold.
• If the device is used in a dry environment, in particular near synthetic materials (clothes containing
synthetic fibres and carpets, for example), the damaging static discharges which occur may cause
erroneous results.
• Do not use the device near sources of strong electromagnetic radiation, as this may affect normal
operation.
• It is a advisable to conduct an assessment of the electromagnetic environment before using the
device commercially.
