Driving
with
the
fork
‐
lift
truck
including a
loaded
Concrete
Block
Clamp
is
prohibited
in
case
the
clamp
is
only
connected
to
the
truck
by
means
of
a
chain.
Make
sure
that
while
moving
the
fork
‐
lift
truck
including
a
loaded
Concrete
Block
Clamp,
connected
by
means
of
a
pin
&
bearing
ring,
the
Clamp
should
not
exceed
a
5
˚
angle
of
deflection
to
the
left
or
right,
a
greater
deflection
increases
the
risk
of
tipping
over.
LINKING
UP
Never
mount
if
somebody
is
located
between
the
machine
and
the
Concrete
Block
Clamp.
Please
warn
these
individuals
by
using
an
audial
signal.
Please
check
if
the
hoisting
device
has
been
properly
connected
to
the
fork
‐
lift
truck.
Use
the
original
safety
chains
or
safety
pins,
and
secure
the
safety
bolt
as
well.
Please
keep
to
the
schedule
below,
while
connecting
the
Concrete
Block
Clamp:
Fork
‐
lift
truck:
Connect
the
chain
from
the
lifting
beam
to
the
fork
‐
lift
truck;
Move
the
truck
including
the
lifting
beam
to
the
Concrete
Block
Clamp;
Lower
the
lifting
beam
just
above
the
Clamp;
Slam
the
bearing
ring
into
the
eye
of
the
Concrete
Block
Clamp;
Hit
the
pin
through
the
gaff
of
the
lifting
beam
and
the
bearing
ring
in
the
Clamp;
Install
the
locking
pin
(Figure
8).
