DETACHING
Make
sure
to
check
the
stability
while
disconnecting
the
Concrete
Block
Clamp.
Position
the
Concrete
Block
Clamp
on
a
flat
surface.
Make
sure
to
stick
to
the
schedule
below
while
disconnecting:
Fork
‐
lift
truck:
Drive
the
Concrete
Block
Clamp
to
the
preferred
location;
Lower
the
Concrete
Block
Clamp
onto
the
ground,
or
on
big
beams;
Turn
off
the
engine;
Disconnect
the
lifting
device;
Lift
the
lifting
device;
Drive
the
truck
with
lifting
device
backwards.
Crane:
Move
the
Concrete
Block
Clamp
to
the
preferred
location;
Lower
the
Concrete
Block
Clamp
onto
the
ground,
or
on
big
beams;
Disconnect
the
hook;
Lift
the
hook.
TRANSPORT
ON
TRAILER
During
transport
of
the
Concrete
Block
Clamp
on
a
trailer,
the
Clamp
needs
to
be
fastened
properly.
Make
sure
to
take
note
of
the
total
height
of
the
trailer
and
its
load.
Make
sure
to
pay
attention
to
the
stability
of
the
Concrete
Block
Clamp
during
transport.
Be
attentive
that
the
Clamp
is
properly
fixed.
Consider
also
the
weight
of
the
Concrete
Block
Clamp.
5.
MAINTENANCE
GENERAL
When
replacements
are
needed,
use
only
original
parts
at
all
times.
Herefore,
please
contact
the
manufacturer
Betonblock.
During
maintenance
or
cleaning
duties,
please
lower
the
Concrete
Block
Clamp
to
the
ground
first,
switch
off
the
engine
and
remove
the
ignition
key.
Maintenance
should
only
be
performed
by
qualified
mechanics
only.
