Agitation Valve Function
The agitation valve is used to adjust tank agitation during
operation. Open the valve to increase product agitation. Close the valve to reduce agitation or to
increase capacity available to the boom.
Throttling Valve Function
In most cases, the rate controller will maintain the correct flow and pressure settings for the
desired application. However, in cases where the pressure within the systems is beyond the bounds
of the controller, you may wish to manually reduce the pressure to the regulating valve and boom
valves by partially closing the throttling valve.
Pump Supply Valve
While operating the sprayer, the pump valve must be “Spray” position to draw from the main
sprayer tank. While rinsing (described on page D12), the valve must be turned to the “Rinse” posi-
tion to draw from the rinse tank.
