Parts of the Body to Work Out Using Gymform® DUO IMPULSE:
Each Gymform® DUO IMPULSE device allows you to work out 2 adjacent
muscles at the same time:
1. Pectorals
2. Upper abs
3. Lower abs
4. Obliques
5. Glutes
6. Trapezius muscles
7. Calves
8. Inner thighs
9. Outer thighs
You can work out many different combinations of adjacent muscles. You choose
the muscles you want to work out. Here are some suggestions:

11. Upper outer front thigh + upper outer rear thigh
12. Arms: triceps
13. Arms: forearms
INSTRUCTIONS
After placing the self-adhesive electrodes (3) on the parts of the body
to be treated, turn on the receivers (2) by pressing the button (5) with the or
ON/OFF symbol. Next, use the remote control (1) to choose from among 6 different
programmes and 10 intensity levels.
• ON/+ button to turn on and increase intensity (6): Press this button to turn on the
receivers and increase the stimulation intensity. Each time you press the button,
the intensity level will be increased by one level (1-10). There are 10 levels in
total.
• OFF/- button to turn off and reduce intensity (8): Press this button to turn off the
receivers and reduce the stimulation intensity. Each time you press the button,
the intensity level will be reduced by one level (1-10). There are 10 levels in total.
The receivers can be turned off by pressing the button to the lowest intensity
level.
• There are 10 stimulation intensity levels. Level 10 is the one that provides the
most stimulation.
• You can change programmes at any time by pressing the Mode button (7). Each
time you press it, a different programme will start at the minimum intensity level.
You can change this to your desired intensity level using the + button.
• There are 6 Gymform® DUO IMPULSE programmes. Choose the one you like
best.
• The maximum recommended time for use on each part of the body is 10 minu-
tes.
• After using the product, switch off the receivers by pressing the ON/OFF button
with the symbol.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
DO NOT WASH Gymform® DUO IMPULSE. WIPE WITH A DRY OR DAMP CLOTH.
Remove the batteries from your Gymform® DUO IMPULSE if you do not plan to use
it for an extended period of time.
MAINENANCE AND STERILIZATION OF ADHESIVE ELECTRODES
- Do not immerse in water.
- Keep in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
- Do not remove the insulating label.
- After using the device, always replace the protective plastic backings on the
adhesive electrodes.
- Store in the bag supplied.
- Sterilize by wiping with wet fingers.
PRECAUTIONS WITH BATTERIES
Ensure the batteries are properly installed before turning the unit on.
Turn off the unit to change the batteries.
Remove the batteries if you are not going to use the device for an extended period
of time.
Take the necessary precautions when disposing of the batteries. Do not expose
them to fire.
DISPOSAL OF MATERIALS
A symbol of a crossed-out wheeled bin means you should find out
about and follow local regulations about disposing of this kind of
product.
Do not dispose of this product as you would other household waste.
Dispose of this device in accordance with the corresponding local
regulations.
Electrical and electronic devices contain hazardous substances that can have
harmful effects on the environment and/or human health and should be recycled
properly.
The battery should be disposed of separately. To protect the environment, all bat-
teries, including rechargeable ones, should not be disposed of as you would other
household waste. Take them to a disposal centre and ensure it complies with appli-
