4.3 MIXING HOPPER
Function:
Enables the phytosanitary powders or
liquids to be mixed in while the sprayer is filled.
The mixing can be done in 3 different ways:
1 - Suction of liquid from the main tank.
2 - Suction of water from the rinsing tank.
3- External suction of water during filling.
In the last two cases, suction of freshwater has
several advantages:
It can rinse the accessories, packaging and the
hopper with fresh water.
It can clean the hopper circuit after its use.

Operation of the Berlogic valves:
3 possibilities:

Filling / Emptying the hopper:
Put the hopper in the
low position (A).
Open the cover.
Pour the phytosanitary product into the hopper.
Suction of the product:
▪ Close the cover.
▪ Open the incorporation valve putting the lever (2)
to position .
The product is sucked in and mixed into the sprayer's
tank.
Open valve (3) in position . This activates the
hopper's rinsing boom.
Rinsing the drums:
Position the product drum on the part (1).
Press on the drum to activate the cleaning nozzle (4).
Open the valve (2) position to suck the residue.
NOTE:
Close the valve (2) position

as the hopper is empty to avoid producing
foam in the main tank.

Hopper rinsing:
press the push-button with the cover
closed to rinse the interior of the hopper (44-3)
Powder rinsing:
use the gun (1) to help to mix the
powder.
