4. USING THE CROP SPRAYER
4.1 HITCHING THE MACHINE TO THE TRACTOR
Attach the machine's hitching ring to the hitching
hook or eye bolt on the tractor. The machine must
be horizontal.
Fix the end of the transmission to the power take-off.
Attach the chain for the transmission shaft protectors
to the specified place.
Raise the strut.
Connect the hydraulic connections.
Connect the electrical plugs.
Release the parking brake and attach the safety cable
to the tractor.
4.2 FILLING THE TANK
Via the manhole (gravity):
Open the cover on the top of the tank.
Via the exterior suction device:
Fill the centrifuge pump's self-priming tank with water.
For this, remove the hexagonal headed screw (2)
located on the upper part of the body of the pump.
Connect the filling hose to the fire-department
connection (3).
Place the valves and indexes of the BERLOGIC in the
position

or press the button
located next to
the icon
in the DUALELEC version.
Immerse the filling pipe in the liquid to be pumped.
Engage the tractor's power take-off and bring it to
540 rpm.
When the filling operation is done, remove the filling
pipe and place the plug on the fire-department
connection (3).

handle (1) located under the box next to
the hopper. Place the safety pin.
NOTE:
In the DUALELEC version, the valves and
indexes of the BERLOGIC are controlled
by the EC-TRONIC unit.

NOTE:
Make sure that the transmission shaft
protectors are in good condition.
Make sure that no foreign bodies remain
in the tank.
Check the levels of oil and grease for the
various components.
Check that the filters are clean.
