Reinstalling the bumper:
Install the bumper (item C) with a shim (item 1) on each
side.
Bolt in place using two hex bolts M10 X 1.50 X 45 (item
2), two 7/16 "lock washers (item 3), two 7/16" hole flat
washers (item 4) and secure with using two nylon insert
lock nuts M10 X 1.50 (item 5). Reinstall the handle bolts
(item E) before removing. Do not fully tighten at this
stage,
the bolts will be tightened at the hooking step
when doing the first hooking.
Assembly of the subframe:
Insert the rear subframe (item 1) into the front subframe
(item 2).
Secure in place with ten hex bolts. 5/
8’’ n.c. x 1 1/2’’
(item 3), two hex bolts. 1/4 "nc X 3/4" (item 6), ten 5/8 "
nylon insert lock nuts (item 4) and two 1/4" nylon insert
lock nuts (item 7) while positioning the protection angles
(item 5) at the same time.
Installation of the hydraulic
connectors:
Install the kit 700740-1.
