4. T o minimize ground loop noise problems, a single point earth ground
(GND)
to system
common (COM) connection is recommended.
Proximitor case must be electrically isolated from earth ground. Electrical isolation: 500 Vac
(RMS) minimum. Isolation kit part number 19094-01 m a y b e used t o satisfy isolation
requirement.
Maximum cable length between Signal Input Relay Module and Proximitor must not to exceed
1000 feet (305 metres).
Connections shown for standard relay module option. T h i s option has two DPDT relays
common to the monitor.
Connections shown for quad relay module option. This option has two SPDT relays common
to both Long and Short alarms, four relays total.
