4.6 Soft key menu: Setup
The Setup menu has four submenus: Mode, Measurement setup, Channel
setup and Engineering unit. Each will be described in detail in the following
sections.
To enter a submenu, use the navigation keys to move right or left, and then
press OK to enter the menu. Or tap the menu label on the screen to enter.
To leave a menu, you can press Cancel to leave without saving the change, or
press the soft key Return to save the change and leave.
Local Soft keys :
Return: return to the submenu selection
Save to Default: save the current setup parameters to the default.fs2 file
Load Default: Load the setup parameters from the default.fs2 file.
4.7 Mode menu: Selecting single block or waterfall analysis
Mode menu allows the user to select single block mode or waterfall mode.
Single Block: The program offers all the available functions, like time
waveform, complex spectrum, auto power spectrum, etc. It shows only one
single block of data at a time.
Waterfall mode: The program performs continuous analysis of auto power
spectrum and shows the data in a waterfall plot.
In waterfall mode you can select “armed by rpm” or “arm by time step” for
controlling the progress of measurement.
