4. Installing the stand
Before you start
Please pay attention to the following before installing the stand:
• For safety reasons, it is recommended that the installation be carried out by
at least two adult persons.
• The LCD panel of the display is extremely fragile and subject to damages
easily. Avoid touching the panel when installing or moving the display, and
take precautions not to let any objects come into contact with the panel. It is
recommended that you use a soft, clean and lint-free towel to protect the
display when installing.
• Pay attention to the stability of the location where the display will be placed.
Otherwise the display may topple over and result in damages and personal
injuries. Have a qualified technician secure the display appropriately in case
there is an earthquake.
Installing the stand
1. Locate the display, stand, stand
neck and screws from the
packaging, and have a suitable
screwdriver ready.
2. Lay a soft, clean, dry and lint-free
cloth on a flat, horizontal and
object-free table surface, and place
the display with the screen side
facing downward on the cloth.
Make the bottom side of the
display closer to one edge of the
table.
3. Remove the protective bottom
cover on the display as illustrated.
Store the cover appropriately in
case you need to wall-mount the
display in the future.
