La manomissione/sostituzione non au-
torizzata di una o più parti o gruppi della
macchina, l’uso di accessori, di utensili,
di materiali di consumo diversi da quelli
raccomandati dal costruttore, possono rappresen-
tare pericolo di infortunio e sollevano il costruttore
da responsabilità civili e penali.
Le eventuali modifiche vanno richieste
direttamente alla Ditta costruttrice spe-
cificando tutti i dati caratteristici della
macchina e le motivazioni; in caso di
approvazione, devono essere eseguite solo da
personale autorizzato dalla Ditta Costruttrice e su
precise indicazioni della Stessa.
per ogni operazione da eseguire sulla macchina si fa
riferimento ai livelli di qualifica descritti di seguito, per
individuare il personale abilitato a svolgerla.

Premesso che:
• La macchina è stata costruita sotto stretta sorve -
glianza di personale qualificato, provata e collaudata,
con l’intento di eliminare ogni possibile “negligenza”
nel corso della costruzione.
• Le operazioni di collaudo sono state eseguite si-
mulando normali cicli e situazioni d’impiego della
macchina. DuRANTE I COllAuDI NullA È RI-
SulTATO DIFETTOSO.
• La macchina è stata progettata tenendo presente
le attuali norme di sicurezza ed è stata realizzata
su questa base.
ASSISTENzA TECNICA
La richiesta di intervento dovrà essere inoltrata tramite
e-mail, fax o telefono direttamente alla:
Unauthorized tampering/replacement of

by the Manufacturer can represent an accident
risk and relieve the Manufacturer of civil and penal
responsibility.
Any possible modifications must be re -
quested directly from Manufacturer spe-
cifying all the characteristic machine data
and reasons; if approved, they must be
carried out only by persons authorized by Manu-
facturer and according to the precise instructions
of the same.
For all operations carried out on the machine, refer
to the qualification levels described below, in order to
identify the personnel enabled to carry them out.
TESTING
Premise:
• The machine has been built under the close supervi -
sion of qualified personnel and has been inspected
and tested with the aim of eliminating any possible
“carelessness” during the course of its construction.
• The testing operations were carried by simula -
ting normal machine work cycles and situations.
DuRING THE TESTING, NOTHING WAS FOuND
TO BE FAulTy.
• The machine has been designed and built in accor -
dance with current safety standards.
