DEMOlITION AND DISPOSAl
Demolition operations must be carried
out by specialized and authorized firms.
Before starting the dismantling phase,
make sure that there is adequate space
around the machine for comfortably carrying out
the operations.
In any case, make sure the every part of the machine
is disposed of in accordance the laws in force in the
country where the machine is used.
DEMOlIzIONE E SMAlTIMENTO
Per le operazioni di demolizione affidarsi
a ditte specializzate e autorizzate.
Prima di iniziare la fase di smontaggio
assicurare attorno alla macchina lo spazio
necessario per consentire un agevole svolgimento
delle operazioni.
Assicurarsi comunque che ogni parte della macchina
sia smaltita secondo le leggi vigenti nel paese di
utilizzazione.
PREPARAzIONE PER
luNGA INATTIVITà
Nel caso di inattività prolungata o a fine stagione, è ne -
cessario svolgere preventivamente alcune operazioni:
• pulire accuratamente tutta la macchina con un
getto d’acqua in pressione in modo da togliere ogni
residuo di sporco.
• Controllare l’integrità di tutte le operazioni.
• Controllare il livello dell’olio nel moltiplicatore (se
necessario ripristinare).
• Ingrassare tutti i punti predisposti.
• posizionare la macchina al coperto, in un luogo
asciutto e ben ventilato.
• proteggere la macchina da urti e sollecitazioni.
• Evitare che la macchina venga a contatto con so
-
stanze corrosive.
RIMESSA IN FuNzIONE
DOPO luNGA INATTIVITà
Se le operazioni sopra indicate sono state effettuate
correttamente, non è necessaria nessuna altra ope -
razione se non un controllo generale sulla integrità
dei componenti.
PREPARATION FOR
PROlONGED SHuTDOWNS
In case of prolonged shutdowns or at the end of the
season, the following operations must be carried out:
• Clean the entire machine thoroughly with a pressu
-
rized water jet to remove all dirt residues.
• Check all the operating mechanisms.
• Check the oil level in step-up unit (restore level, if
necessary).
• Grease all the points that require it.
• place the machine under cover, in a dry, well-
ventilated place.
• protect the machine from impact and stresses.
• prevent the machine from coming into contact with
corrosive substances.
RE-uSE AFTER PROlONGED
SHuTDOWN
If the above operations have been carried out correctly,
it is enough to check the general condition of the com -
ponents to make sure they are intact.
