É quindi necessario prestare attenzione al sorgere di
eventuali anomalie, rumori o vibrazioni. I problemi più
frequenti sono riassunti in questo schema:

Vibrazioni eccessive.
Rottura od eccessiva usura delle
lame.
sostituire i pezzi usurati o scheg -
giati.
bloccaggio della lama non corretto. serrare bene la vite di bloccaggio.
Taglio non ottimale, a causa di un
calo di velocità del rotore.
Tensione cinghie insufficiente. Registrare la tensione.
Eccessiva usura delle cinghie. sostituire le cinghie.

Therefore care must be taken in the event of ano -
malies, noise or vibrations. The most frequent pro-
blems are summarized below:
Le lame devono essere sostituite quando perdono la
loro capacità di lavoro. La perdita di rendimento impli -
ca l’aver eseguito molte ore di lavoro, probabilmente
in terreni difficili, e comporta anche giochi sulle viti.
Quando le lame sono usurate, si deve evitare di affi
-
larle e di rimontarle, provvedere alla loro sostituzione
controllando i relativi bulloni di fissaggio che, se usu -
rati, dovranno essere sostituiti.
Infine l’albero portalame con montate le rispettive
lame, dovrà essere bilanciato (per questa operazione
contattare il costruttore).

utilizzata correttamente, consiglia comun-
que ogni due anni di far eseguire presso
un’officina autorizzata un controllo generale di
ogni elemento per quanto concerne funzionalità
e stato di efficienza.
The blades must be replaced when they lose their
working capacity. Loss of performance implies very
long periods of use, probably on very difficult ground,
and also involves play on the screws.
When the blades are worn, they must not be sharpe
-
ned again and refitted; they must be replaced by che -
cking the relative fixing bolts which must be replaced
if they are worn.
The blade-holder shaft with the respective blades
mounted on it must be balanced (contact the manu -
facturer for this operation).

working and efficiency of all the elements
at an authorized workshop.
DEFECT CAuSE REMEDy
Excessive vibrations. blades are broken or heavy worn. Replace the worn or chipped parts.
Uncorrect fixing of the blades.
Tightly screw the fixing bolt.
Cut not optimum because of drop
in rotor speed.
belts tension insufficient. Adjust the tension.
Excessive wear of belts. Replace the belts.
