FOUR CHEESE POPCORN
8 cups popped corn
1 stick melted butter (8 tablespoons)
¾ cup powdered four cheese sauce mix
½ teaspoon mustard powder
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss to combine well. If desired,
add salt and pepper to taste.

CHOCOLATE DRIZZLED POPCORN
8 cups popped corn

cup roasted almonds, unsalted
¾ cup chocolate chips
1-½ teaspoons shortening (do not use butter, margarine, spread or oil)

1. Add the popcorn and almonds to a large aluminum foil pan.
2. Place chocolate chips and shortening in small microwave-safe container.
3. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 1 minute; stir. If necessary, microwave at MEDIUM
an additional 10 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, until chocolate is
melted and smooth when stirred.
4. While hot, use a fork to swirl the chocolate over the popcorn and almonds.
5. Allow to cool at room temperature for 15 minutes.

Variations: Use any chocolate or flavored chips of your choice.
Combine dark chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate drizzles.
