CHOCOLATE POPCORN PIZZA PIE
4 cups popped corn
2 cups miniature marshmallows
2 tablespoons butter
2 (1 oz.) envelopes milk chocolate hot chocolate mix
1 cup chocolate covered peanuts

1. Spray a 9” deep pie plate and set aside.
2. Pop corn and add to a large mixing bowl.
3. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Add mini marshmallows. Stir constantly until melted.
Add both envelopes of hot chocolate mix and stir well.
4. Pour chocolate marshmallow mixture over the popcorn.
Add chocolate covered peanuts and use a spoon to mix.
5. Spoon coated popcorn into the pie plate.
6. As the mixture cools enough to handle, rub butter or spray
a small amount of oil onto your hands and work with the mixture,
pressing into the sides of the pie plate.
7. Allow popcorn pizza to cool. Cut into wedges and enjoy!

¼ cup butter or margarine, melted
1 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoons dried basil
8 cups popped corn
