Depending on setup pressure, the test pressure has dropped below 2.5 mbar per 30 or 60
seconds. Leak test has indicated leak.
Cause:
Left side endoscope or endo adapter has a small leak and need repairing.

During wash phase, control pressure for endoscope protection could not be maintained, the
lower limit pressure (160 mbar) inside pressure in left hand endoscope was undercut.
Cause: Left endoscope or endoscope adapter has a leak and must be repaired. Test block
or compressor is defective.

Endoscope protection: during cleaning phase, upper limit pressure (350 mbar) of inside
pressure has been exceeded in left side endoscope.
Cause: Test block is defective. Ventilation or exhaust, perhaps pressure sensor PL is defec-
tive.

Left endo system is not being properly vented. During venting phase, in left side endoscope
system, pressure drop of 1.5 V was not attained within 10 minutes.
Test block is defective. Air exhaust is clogged, test valves or the pressure sensor PL is de-
fective.

During test pressure build-up during filling phase, test pressure in right hand endoscope of
280/ 230 mbar (2.74/ 2.34 V) has not been reached within 10 minutes.
Cause:
On right hand endoscope, at endoscope adapter or on system within the machine, a signifi-
cant leak has been detected. Compressor or test valves of test block are defective. The
pressure sensor PR is defective.
