Duration of warranty by the manufacturer
Our sliding gate operators are carefully controlled quality products. Should the-
re still be any complaints, we provide a one-year warranty for all parts. The
warranty period is not extended by making use of the warranty.
Terms and conditions
The goods must have been purchased through the distribution channel spe-
cified by us.
The proof of purchase shall be deemed proof of your warranty claim.
Services
This warranty covers all defects that can be proven to be due to material or
manufacturing defects. The warranty covers the elimination of such defects at
the manufacturing plant. Replaced parts become our property. Further claims
do not exist. The warranty expires in case of damage and malfunctions caused
by:
Non-observance of the assembly and operating instructions
improper installation and connection of the actuator
improper commissioning and operation
mechanical damage due to fall, impact or accident
negligent or wilful destruction
martens, rodents, insects and other wild and/or domestic animals
normal wear and tear
Lack of maintenance
Repair by non-qualified persons
Use of parts of foreign origin
external influences such as fire, water and abnormal environmental
conditions
Disguise or remove the type plate
