WARNING
Unwanted door movements can lead to severe injuries or
death!
Incorrect installation or use of the drive can cause unintentional door move-
ments. This can cause persons or objects to become trapped and cause dama-
ge.
In order to minimize these risks, follow the instructions and instructions
in the manuals that come with the product.
WARNING
Unsuitable fastening materials
Incorrect fastening materials can lead to a loss of stability or to the drive brea-
king out, thus reducing the safety of the entire system. This can cause personal
injury and damage to property.
SAFETY INSTRUCTION FOR HAZARD AVOIDANCE
Only use suitable mounting materials when installing the drive to ensure
secure mounting.
Only suitable and approved fixing materials may be used for installation.
After completion of the installation, the qualified / competent person must
issue an EC declaration of conformity for the door system (complete machine
consisting of door and operator) according to the scope of application and affix
the CE mark and a type plate.
The sensitive safety cut-off reacts to uneven door travel by switching off and
reversing the motor.
The self-locking motor prevents the door from opening automatically. An
electric lock must also be installed as protection against greater loads, e.g. if
the door is pulled open by force.

Not pre-assembled rack on the gate:
Push the gate manually into the OPEN position. Place the rack on the drive
pinion, press the rack against the drive pinion and drill the holes on the gate.
Then push the gate in the direction CLOSED. Mount the rack pieces one by one.
Always drill the holes when the drive pinion is under the hole. This ensures that
the drive pinion always has the correct distance to the gear rack. The correct
distance between the pinion and the rack is achieved by clamping the rack
from below.
Control of the impact between
the racks.
