Door Operation toggles back and forth as shown
/
..
Door Operation must be in AUTO for On-Board Door Controls to open or close the doors.
Temp Control: Toggles back and forth from TEMP CONTROL ON / TEMP CONTROL OFF. When TEMP CONTROL is on,
the system will hold the doors up if outside temperature is above set UP TEMP and time is during wash open hours.
When outside temperature is above EXIT UP TEMP (Fahrenheit) the exit door will open and stay open unless after hours
When outside temperature is above ENTER UP TEMP (Fahrenheit) the entrance door will open and stay open unless after
hours.
When outside temperature falls below AIR LOCK TEMP setting, this system will allow only one door completely open at a time.
As vehicle leave the bay and the exit door begins to close, the AIR LOCK DELAY dictates the time before the entrance door
begins to open.
Time Control: Toggles back and forth from TIME CONTROL ON / TIME CONTROL OFF. If system is to automatically close
the wash or the doors with respect to time of day, make sure Time Control is on.
WASH OPEN and WASH CLOSED settings are in military time (hh:mm). When time of day is after WASH OPEN and before
WASH CLOSED system is considered in the state of “During hours”. When time of day is not between WASH OPEN and
WASH CLOSED the system is considered in the state of “After Hours”.
After WASH CLOSED time, the system will not switch to the state “After Hours” until system has been without a vehicle in the
Loader or Wash for the CLOSED DELAY number of seconds.
CLOSE WASH AFTER HOURS / CYCLE DOORS AFTER HOURS: When toggled to CYCLE DOORS AFTER HOURS the
system will not switch to AFTER HOURS state, therefore it will not use the WASH IN USE Output to disable the POS and it will
not disable the ENTER1 and EXIT1 extra Photo Eyes after hours. TIME CONTROL will over-ride HOLD DOORS UP status
from temperature control regardless of this toggle setting.
EXIT PLS and ENTER PLS: Both of these selections toggle between the following: EXIT PLS / EXIT MNT and ENTER PLS /
ENTER MNT. This is toggling between “Maintained” and “Pulsed”. When toggled to Pulsed, door outputs will remain ON for
times specified by DOWN TIME and UP TIME.
Note:
Typically systems are set to Pulsed to keep manual door control buttons operational.
DOWN TIME (in seconds) should be set long enough for the door to completely close.
UP TIME (in seconds) should be set long enough for the door to completely Open.
Enter Door Photo Eye and Exit Door Photo Eye will always be included in door control when system is in AUTO. The additional
Enter Photo Eye and the additional Exit Photo Eye may be ENABLED to be included in Automatic Door Control.
