Example: The following is an example of a 2-Step Package that includes Triple Foam and the On-Board Dryer. This is
one of many ways to setup a package with these options.
Example: In this example, the Cycle time is improved by dispensing Triple Foam over the top of Presoaks. Check with
your chemical supplier before using this technique. Return Pass is used on Pass #3 to allow more soak time for
PREASOAK 2. The Purge Pass is used to reduce dripping from nozzles during On-Board Dryer application.
The following is an example of Entrance Operation running the Rocker Blaster. This Entrance Operation is utilizing a
25HP pump because the setting in the SETUP/ADVANCED CONFIGURATION is set to “ENTER PUMP VIA ENTER
OPERATION 1”
In this example the Rocker Blaster will turn on at 0.3 seconds after the vehicle has passed through the Entrance Door
Photo-Eyes.
It will turn off whenever the first OFF condition is true. The OFF conditions are as follows:
•
3 seconds after the vehicle has cleared the Entrance Door Photo-Eyes
•
0.1 seconds after the vehicle has arrived at the Wash Position and received a Stop Light
•
After the Rocker Blaster has been ON for an elapsed time of 45 seconds
