Controls when configured as a Timer

The BA577E is controlled and configured via four
front panel push buttons.

In the display mode i.e.

when the instrument is displaying time the push
button functions are:

Displays when configured as a Timer

The BA577E has two digital displays and associated
annunciators as shown on front cover of this
manual.

Elapsed time

The upper display shows the
elapsed time since the Timer
was started when

timing-up

from

zero and the remaining time
when

timing-down

from the set

time.

The display may be

formatted as hh:mm:ss; hh:mm;
mm:ss or ss. 

Lower display

The display options available on
the lower display depend on
whether the Timer repeat cycle
