1 Preamble
This operating manual describes the use of the EErgo-Z welding paddle with the appro-
priate FZ03/1 guide unit. The exact product identifi cation can be found on the product.
Please make sure, the product fi ts your application. If applicable just sections of the
instruction manual might be signifi cant for several products. Indication can be found at
the corresponding sections. In this instruction manual the paddle welding tool is called
as „product“.

Protection class I according to DIN EN 61140 8 VDE 0140-1). All electrically
conductive housing parts are connected with the protective conductor.
Mark of conformity, confi rms compliance with the currently valid EMC directive
(2014/30/EU), the standard EN 61326-1 and the low voltage directive (2014/35/
EU) DIN EN 60335-1.
Unit complies with directive (2012/19/EU) WEEE. Do not dispose of unit in house-
hold garbage, but dispose of at recycling center for electric and electronic end-of-
life equipment.
