Engine
oil

too high
1. Check for engine ventilate blockages of obstructions
2. Engine load is too high
3. Engine oil level is low or too high
4. Low exhaust emissions: (replace the packing ring)
5. Blockage in oil cooler, oil temperature controller valve opened,
blockage due to dirt
6. Oil type is not correct (oil viscosity is too high )
7. Check engine liquid coolant level

Low Engine
Pressure
1. Low oil level: (add oil to the required level)
2. Oil pump damaged: (replace the oil pump)
3. Oil strainer or the oil filter blocked
4. Damage to or blockage in the relief valve or the stabilivolt
valve spring
5. Block or leakage in the oil line
(For Items 3, 4 and 5: replace parts)

temperature
1. Coolant temperature sensor not working properly
– Remove,
check and clean or replace if needed.
2. Engine coolant low (add coolant)
3. Engine load is too high
4. Check for air in /out ventilation

Starter
not
working
1. Starter will not run
2. The starter power weak
3. Starter gear will not run over
(For items 1,2, & 3, check the battery cables for voltage and
make sure fastened tightly to each end, replace if needed)

Check the air filter to see if blocked or obstructed

Pressure regulator valve not working normally: (Adjust the
valve screw)

Ignition time too fast: (adjust ignition timing)
