APPLIANCE COMMISSIONING CHECKLIST
It is the installers responsibility to complete the following checklist when commissioning this appliance. The
information recorded on this page may be requested at the time of any warranty call made. If the information
is not made available it may affect the warranty support for the customers appliance.

Check flue flow prior to installation
Check spillage after installation
Check standing gas pressure

Ensure all other gas appliances are running on full rate

Complete relevant section of warranty forms , ensure it is complete with Gas Safe
registration details.
Instruct the customer on lighting, maintenance and servicing procedures. (Including
glass removal and ceramic placement)
If you can smell gas, immediately turn off the gas supply using the control valve at the meter in your home.
Do not smoke and turn off all sources of ignition, i.e. boilers or gas hobs. Open windows and doors to ventilate
the room or building.
