Step 4
a)
Insert the axle (Z) into the holes on the right front leg and back leg.
b)
Put one collar (EEE) on each end of the axle, and then put one wheel (Y)
on each end of the axle. Screw one lock nut (DDD) on each end of the
axle using the wrench (GGG) provided.
c)
Insert one wheel cap (X) on each wheel.
Step 5
a)
Loosen the two pre-installed bolts on the lower cart front beam and allow
1/4 bolt’s length to extend from the cart bottom panel (N). Align the holes
on the cart the bottom panel (N) with the extended two bolts. Push down
on the cart the bottom panel (N) until it locks into place; insert one bolt
and tighten by hand until secure.
b)
Align the holes on the cart the bottom panel (N) with the hole on the
lower cart back beam. Push down on the cart the bottom panel (N) until it
locks into place; insert one bolt (AAA), one spring washer (BBB) and one
flat washer (CCC) into each hole on the legs. Tighten by hand until secure.
Step 6
a)
Hook one end of the tank baffle-A(L) with bottom panel (N)
b)
Insert one bolt (AAA), one spring washer (BBB) and one flat
washer (CCC) into the hole on the other end of the tank baffle-A(L)
and the hole on left cart front leg. Tighten by hand until secure
c)
Screw the tank retainer stopper (M) in the lower cart back beam.
Step 7
a)
Insert the lower bolt on the cart door-L(R) into the hole on the lower cart front
beam.
b)
Push down the upper bolt on the cart door-L and align the bolt with the hole on
the upper cart front beam.
c)
Repeat procedure for the cart door-R(S).
Attention:
Unpack the regulator/hose assembly (located underneath the firebox) prior to assembling the grill body to the
cart, and pull out the regulator/hose to the cart side panel when go ahead to this step.
