use, failure to comply with instructions, or unauthorised tampering with any of the system’s components.
All data and instructions in this manual refer to the system as configured at the time of publication. Always refer to the
installation instructions provided with each collector package.
The illustrations provided in this manual are purely schematic. The manufacturer declines all responsibility for the
content in this manual, which may be subject to layout and printing errors and may not reflect the latest technical
improvements.
Refer to the general conditions of sale in force at the time of purchase for further details.
BAXI S.p.A. hereby guarantees this product against defects in conformity not deriving from improper installation,
starting from the date of entry into service of the collector/s.
The present warranty is complementary to the consumer rights provided by Legislative Decree nr. 24 of the
02/02/2002 (Italy) regulating defects in conformity present at the time of delivery. These rights come into force from
the date of purchase, in accordance with article 1519 septies, section A. The present warranty is null and void if the
customer fails to present a receipt or fiscally equivalent document of sale.
The warranty period is:
- 60 months for all collector parts.
- 24 months for all electrical and/or electronic components (pump and electronic controller).
- 120 months for storage cylinder parts.
The following are excluded from the present warranty:
Solar collectors
1. Damage caused by incorrect installation of the collector/s, faults caused by inadequate electrical or hydraulic
systems, faults caused by limescale or sludge, and faults caused by environmental, climatic or similar conditions;
2. Damage caused by the use of anti-freeze heating media not supplied by BAXI S.p.A.;
3. Faults caused by neglect, inadequate maintenance, tampering, incorrect use, or repairs made by unqualified or
unauthorised persons;
4. Corrosion and breakage caused by eddy currents, condensation, chemically aggressive water, incorrectly
performed limescale removal treatments, frost, water loss, blockages caused by sludge or limescale, acidity,
overheating;
5. Damage or faults caused by the use of non-original spare parts or parts not authorised by the seller.
Storage cylinders
1. Damage caused by incorrect installation of the storage cylinder, faults caused by inadequate electrical or hydraulic
systems, faults caused by limescale or sludge, faults caused by environmental, climatic or similar conditions and
any faults caused to failure to install the storage cylinder in conformity to applicable standards;
2. Faults caused by neglect, inadequate maintenance, tampering, incorrect use, or repairs made by unqualified or
unauthorised persons;
3. Corrosion and breakage caused by eddy currents, condensation, chemically aggressive water, incorrectly
performed limescale removal treatments, frost, water loss, blockages caused by sludge or limescale, acidity,
overheating;
4. Damage caused by failure to respect the instructions in the manual supplied with the product;
5. Damage incurred during transport by third parties;
6. Damage or faults caused by the use of non-original spare parts.
