INSTRUCTIONS FOR FITTERS
With the external probe connected, the heating delivery
temperature can be adjusted in two different ways.
• If the climate controller is installed in the boiler (sec
-
tion 17.1), adjustment of heating delivery temperature
depends on the
K REG
curve (chart 1) and the tem-
perature (
COMF
) set manually using buttons
+/-
.
• If the climate controller is installed on the wall (section
17.2), adjustment of heating delivery temperature
depends on the
K REG
curve (chart 1), the “
KORR
”
coefficient (ambient temperature effect - section 30)
and the temperature (
TAMB
) set manually using but-
tons
+/-
.

Tm MAX = 85°C
The zone managed by the AVS 77 climate controller is independent of the zone or zones controlled by the ambient thermostats
connected to the boiler.
There are two different operating methods for the zones
NOT
managed by the AVS 77: without an external probe (case 1), and
with an external probe (case 2).
CASE 1
installation without an external probe:
to set the delivery temperature (setpoint) of the heating
water of the zones not controlled by the AVS 77, proceed
as follows:
• set the delivery temperature indicated for the zones not
controlled by the AVS 77 using the “CH2SF” parameter
(section 30).
• set the delivery temperature indicated for the zones con
-
trolled by the AVS 77 using the “CH SL” parameter (section
30).
N.B.:
in case of simultaneous demand from the main zone
controlled by the AVS 77, and from one of the other zones, the
delivery temperature is either the one processed by the AVS
77 or the one processed by the electronic board on the boiler,
whichever is higher.
CASE 2
installation with an external probe:
to set the Kt curve of the zones not controlled by the AVS
77, proceed as follows:

The
“Kt”
climate curve must be chosen by an authorised Service Engineer, using the AVS 77 climate controller and modifying
parameter 532, as described in section 21.
The adjustment of the heating delivery temperature is calculated according to the value set on parameter
“CH2SR”
(section 30).
Chart 2 shows the available curves.
