Clean the oil-gas separator element 

  Check  whether  the  drain  valve  is 

clear;  clean  it  up  if  it  is  blocked  or 

dirty. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Replace  oil  cartridges  (to  be  done  with 

EVERY oil replacing) 

  Remove oil filters by special tool. 

  Clean filter seat. 

  Replace  oil  cartridges(to  be  done 

with EVERY oil change) 

 

 

 

  Lubricate  seal  ring  on  new  filter 

with  a  small  amount  of  clean 

engine oil. 

  Tighten  the  filter  by  hand,  till  the 

seal ring meets the seat. 

  Continue  to  tighten  the  filter  by 

hand,  till  the  filter  is  securely 

installed (about 3/4 turn).
