3.9 Engine Electronic System
3.9.1 Starter Circuit

The wiring terminals of starter shall be
equipped with protective caps;
Battery discharge current requirements
750CCA~900CCA at low temperature;
Total resistance of the main wiring is
≤8mΩ
(Including Wiring resistance,
contact resistance, internal battery
resistance);
Permissible resistance of the starter
control wiring is
≤500mΩ.
Before installing, remove the paint on the
connecting points.
3.9.2 Charging Circuit
The charging cable shall be a complete
cable without intermediate connector;
Generator zero current speed(Cold state)
≤1300r/min;
The generator is connected with battery
in parallel, and should not be operated
without battery.
Appropriate safety device must be used
between the output terminals of
alternator and the load (including the
battery). The schematic diagram of the
alternator wiring is as Fig.3.9.2.
