61 TAPS SETTING This register holds the TAP switch selections for the
[READ ONLY] phase and neutral pickups. Its format is:

§ Taps A through J: A = 00, B = 01, etc.
62 TIME DIAL Stores time dial selection for phases and ground.
SETTING
Range is 0 to 99 for each dial.
63 TAP CAL Stores TAP CAL setting for phases and ground. Range
SETTING is 0 to 99 for each setting.
[SECURED]
64 INSTANTAN- Holds the instantaneous overcurrent trip settings. The
EOUS SETTING setting range is 0.75 to 20 times TAP, representing
[SECURED] actual current values that are 100 times the setting.
All 8 bytes of the following format must be written into the register (for
standardization across product lines).

65 NEUTRAL This eight-bit register is used to hold the flags to enable/disable
TRIP neutral trips.

The register is bit mapped as follows.
bit 0 - neutral selectivity enabled
bit 1 - 50g
bit 2 - 51g
bit 3 - affected output (0 = timed, INST1) (1 = INST2)
bit 4 - spare
bit 5 - spare
bit 6 - spare
