x2 Function
The thermal processing time of programs/stages may be extended or shortened
depending on the setting of x2 key. The x2 function is by factory default set to 2.0.
Example: Execution of B-04 thermal processing program with x2 function
doubled time.
1. Open the appliance door in the Standby mode, put food in the thermal
processing chamber and close the appliance door.
2. Press x2 key once.
3. Press ABC key once.
4. Press the numpad key 4 once.
5. Press START key to start the thermal processing program.
NOTE!
If A thermal processing programs are to be executed, you may press numpad
keys directly, to start the menu following step 2.
If C thermal processing programs are to be set, press ABC key once again
following step 3.
If the memory is locked, press numpad keys to select the menu.
If no key is pressed for 2 seconds, the system will start automatically.
If, with the use of x2 function, the thermal processing time exceeds the
allowable settings limit, the system may not start the thermal processing through
pressing of START key.
Setting Extension/Shortening of Thermal Processing Time
The thermal processing time may be changed with the memory setting; the
modification range is 0.1
–3.0x.
For example: Setting the B-04 thermal processing program to 1.8x.
1. Open the appliance door in the Standby mode, put food in the thermal
processing chamber and close the appliance door.
2. Press PROG key once.
3. Press ABC key once.
4. Press the numpad key 4 once.
5. Press x2 key once.
6. Press numpad keys 1 and 8 one after another.
7. Press ENTER key to confirm the setting.

This function is used as a user's reminder to check components of the appliance.
