Receiving a preset phone number Selcall

When the 2060 receives a Selcall (with a valid preset number as the destination
ID), the interconnect transmits a revertive tone (to alert the calling station that its
call was received) and the display shows the call as follows:-

The audible alarm will sound for thirty seconds and then time out. To cancel the

alarm before the time out period press PTT or any key other than the

key.

To dial the preset number press the

key to show the “Send Call” menu.

The transfer call option will now be shown:

Press the

key or the

key to begin the dial process:

The 2060 will look for dial tone; if no dial tone is seen then an error will appear:
