Learn cadence

This feature allows the 2060 interconnect to learn busy and ring cadences on non-
country specific telephone networks by sampling on line signals. The 2060 allows
the operator to enter telephone numbers to dial so that ring and busy signals can be
sampled. For the 2060 to operate at optimal level the busy and ring tones
generated from the dialled numbers must be correct.
