APPENDIX B: OPERATING LIMITS
The 1811NG comes with 2 pre-defined sets of operating limits: the
default
limits profile and
max
limits
profile. The unit has limits files for each of the 3-modes of operation,
Aeronautical
,
Pressure units
and
EPR
. There will be a
default
limits profile for each of the 3-modes; these values are stored in an
R/O “read only” file. There will also be a
max
limits profile for each of the 3-modes; these values are
also stored in an R/O file. The Test Set will power up and initialize with the
default
limits when the
product first ships. If the customer changes the limits to the
max
or a custom limits profile, the Test Set
will power up using the last profile selected.
