1. INTENDED USE
A.
The BARFIELD INC.
1811NG Imperium Series
(P/N: 101-01178) is a self-contained flight
line Pitot-Static Test Set. The 1811NG provides complete measurement and pneumatic
control for performing leak testing, functional tests of air data instruments, components and
systems.
B.
The 1811NG Digital Pitot Static Test Set meets the requirements as described in Federal
Aviation Regulation Part 43, Appendix-E, which defines the requirements for accuracy of
an aircraft’s altimeter and as such is reference for the accuracy of Pitot-Static testers.
WARNING:
The 1811NG is
NOT
suitable for use on aircraft with
RVSM
Accuracy
requirements.
