5. Mechanical Installation

Installing the Ceiling mount should be performed only after you are thoroughly familiar with all
the safety issues and installation guidelines. Not doing this increases the risk of hazards and personal injury !

Test the fixation to the ceiling for safety and rigidity under side loads and to at least 800kg (1764
LB) downwards.

The support is provided with three security chains. Not installing the security chains may result
in serious personal injury !

To insure optimal cooling of the projectors and allow easy maintenance and servicing operations
(see maintenance section) always insure a minimal safety zone around the system (structure).

Persons not involved in the installation must be kept out of the installation area !
Introduction : What must be done ?
The VR Workroom is pre aligned and will guarantee optimal image quality only when respecting the fixed given dimensions i.e.
several distances are fixed (indicated with a exclamation mark in the image below).
The image’s (screen) vertical start position and thus the assembly’s height however can be adapted to the application’s requirements.
The assembly’s height is adjusted with the screwed rods that fix the assembly to the ceiling mount’s top part.
