RAID on the Processor

might be equipped with a RAID 1 or with a RAID 5 hard disk system. An instruction of operation
and servicing of the RAID hard disks can be found in the attached user’s manual of the RAID subsystem. Please

Replacing the battery of Processor
The battery is located inside of the P
ROCESSOR
on the main board.
Risk of explosion, if battery is replaced incorrectly!
The lithium battery may be replaced only with an identical battery or with a type
recommended by the manufacturer!
Do not throw lithium batteries into the household waste. They must be disposed of in
accordance with local regulations concerning special waste!
The battery may explode if mistreated. Do not dispose it of in fire! Do not disassemble it or
attempt to recharge it!
Make sure that you insert the battery the right way round. The plus pole must be on the
top!

Open the case as described in Section
2.1.5 Opening the top cover of the Processor

Locate the battery on the main board!
•
Tear back the clamp until the battery lifts up!

Replace the lithium battery by a new one of the identical type. Do not use any other type!

Replace the top cover.
