Step 03
Per column, 3 times R856331 is used to connect the
left to the right side of the bottom structure.
These profiles come equipped with corner brackets.
In some cases it is easier to first remove these
brackets and to re-install them later.
To d o so, just loosen the respective screw a bit (d o
not remove it!) and make use of the key holes of the
corner brackets to lift off the bracket.
Step 04
Start making the rear bottom cross connection to the
left sidewall (R856329) with the x profile, R856331,
l=1340.8mm.
The 90° bracket mounted on the x profile might
interfere with the floor fixation bracket:
Just loosen the respective screw on the horizontal
profile, and remove the bracket.
When the profile is mounted , re-apply the 90°
bracket.
Look at the detail: the screw to fix the corner bracket
to the vertical profile is already there. Slid in the
keyhole of the corner bracket.
DO NOT FASTEN the KANYA connector yet!
Make sure that the open sides of the brackets on the
x-profile show inside!
