3D image viewing
• Under normal conditions 3D viewing is safe for any duration that you would usually view your display.
However, if you start experiencing discomfort (such as eyestrain, fatigue, or nausea) while viewing 3D
images, take a break.
• Barco recommends remaining stationary while watching the 3D screen.
• If you experience any of the following symptoms, do not engage in any potentially hazardous activity until
your symptoms have subsided:

Nausea or dizziness
- Headache or eyestrain
- Blurry vision
- Double vision that lasts longer than a few seconds
If any of these symptoms persist, discontinue use and do not resume stereoscopic 3D viewing without
discussing your symptoms with a doctor.
3D glasses
• Do not use the 3D glasses for any purpose other than for viewing 3D images. Doing so may result in eye
damage. Do not wear the 3D glasses in any situation that requires normal visual perception. Do not use
the 3D glasses as sunglasses.
• To avoid eye infections, Barco recommends not to share the 3D shield among users and to replace the
shield at every procedure.
• If applicable, the 3D glasses should be used on top of normal corrective glasses.
• Do not leave the 3D glasses near heating equipment.
• Do not touch or scratch the lens surface of the 3D glasses.
