How to replace the lens shift safety switch?
1. Remove the lens
2. Pay attention to the position of the switch
3. Unplug the connector of the switch
4. Remove the switch by pulling it off
5. Remove rests of glue from the surface
6. Stick the new switch to the same location
7. Plug in the connector
7.17 Front IR receiver
Description
The front IR receiver is mounted underneath the lens holder. It is one out of the three IR receivers in the projector. The other IR
receivers are:
• IR receiver on the PMP
• IR receiver on the local keypad and IR receiver
Necessary tools
Torx screwdriver T10
How to replace the front IR receiver?
1. Remove the covers (see concerning chapters)
- rear cover
- front cover
2. Remove the screws fi xing the wire protection plate to the bottom of the projector

Wire protection plate:
fi xing screws
3. Lift the plate and disconnect the front IR receiver
4. Remove both screws fi xing the front IR receiver
