Overview and Settings buttons
After selecting a display at the top of the window, you
can view information about or perform functions on this
display.
Click the
Overview
button to get access to information
and functions related to Overview, like getting
information, registering and setting preferences.
Click the
Settings
button to get access to information
and functions related to Settings: Color temperatures,
gamma functions, white luminance settings and ambient
light compensation.
Tab pages
The tab pages contain the information you can view and
the functions you can perform. The number of tabs and
the contents of the tab pages depend on the button you
have selected: Overview or Settings.
For
Overview
, the available tab pages are: Status,
Product Info and Preferences.
For
Settings
, the available tab page is: Main.
ICC color profiles
How an ICC color profile is generated
The program generates an ICC color profile for each
connected display (each display represented by a display
icon in the top of the window) automatically when the
program is closed.
The color profile is saved at the proper place on the hard
disk. For Windows, this is the
\WINNT\system32\spool\drivers\color folder. On
