Beverages
The “Beverages” programme reduces the temperature of a beverage in accordance with the available time.
The blast chiller has very useful performance characteristics when there is not enough time for the normal
preparation of beverages.
Note:
this device is not a bottle storage rack and is not a replacement for wine cellars. Excessive cooling of
bottles may cause their liquid to freeze and subsequent breakage of the bottle.

Note
: The bottle “type” is a 75cl “Bordolese”; consider that capacity being equal, a glass container insulates
more than an aluminium can, therefore it will be easier to cool a canned drink than a glass bottled drink.

0°C Preservation
0°C preservation replicates the environmental conditions in a zero degree storage container. Microbial
development in food is a natural phenomenon that occurs depending on the environmental conditions.
Temperature is a factor able to influence the growth and reproduction of bacteria, which determines the
deterioration of food. This programme maintains the internal temperature of the device at about +3°C for a
maximum of 36 hours and 20 minutes or until the user intervenes.
Note
: this device is not a food storage device. If you wish to store foods for long periods of time, it is
recommended to use devices specifically designed for this purpose.

Raw fish
The Raw Fish programme allows food to be held for 24 hours at approximately -30°C (low temperature
sanitation). The poor preservation of fish products may be a source of risk to human health due to
contamination by Anisakis, a parasite that can be eliminated only by long cooking or cooling processes.

The manufacturer denies all liability resulting from incorrect use of the device or the violation of
current hygiene laws.
