Trailer pairing
If a Cargolift with Bär SmartControl 2.0 system is mounted on both the towing vehicle and the trailer, both
systems can be paired together. This makes it possible to operate the two systems with one hand-held
transmitter without this being paired with both systems.
For this to be possible, both systems must have the same PUK fleet code. The PUK fleet has a minimum of
3 and a maximum of 8 digits and can be taken from the security code form.
An existing pairing of a hand-held transmitter at the trailer is therefore overwritten.
Even after disconnecting the two systems, the hand-held transmitter remains paired with the Cargolift
at the trailer.
6.1 Manual pairing

The function for manual pairing of the system at the trailer with the system at the towing vehicle is selected
by making entries on the Bär SmartControl 2.0 hand-held transmitter, the Bär Control EVO or the Control
Box 2.0. Both systems can be operated using a hand-held transmitter by pairing the truck and the trailer.
