Choosing what to display
To choose which type of information you want
the BeoLab 3500 to display, you must:
• Keep your finger on the TIMER key, while
touching the MUTE • key briefly, several
times.
The display first shows the cue for the
current setting.
• Touch MUTE • again briefly, and the cue in
the display changes.
• Keep touching MUTE • in this way until the
cue for the setting you want is displayed
• Then let go of both keys.
CLOCK 2…
When the BeoLab 3500 is switched
to standby, the display will show the time and
the red standby light. The time indication
remains on when the BeoLab 3500 is playing,
but whenever you operate the BeoLab 3500
(either close-up or by remote control), the
display will give you a brief status on the
operation. This is the factory setup.
NO CLOCK…
There will be no time indication
in the BeoLab 3500 display. In standby, the
display will only show the red standby light.
When the BeoLab 3500 is playing, the display
will give you a permanent status on what is
going on. This option should be selected if
your main Bang & Olufsen system does not
support the clock function.
