Before assembly process 5.3
Explanation
Screw boss
The large and small screw bosses are both items that must be totally free from
wires. This means that there must be sufficient distance between wires and screw
bosses before assembly.
If the wires are mounted incorrectly, they will be damaged when the cabinet is
assembled with the front baffle.
Cabinet/sealing
The cabinet/sealing must be totally free from wires. This means that there must be
sufficient distance between wires and cabinet/sealing before assembly.
If the wires are mounted incorrectly they will be damaged when the cabinet is
assembled with the front baffle.
Screw hole (woofers)
The 4 screw holes for woofers must be totally free from wires. If the wires are
mounted incorrectly, they will be damaged when the cabinet is assembled with
the front baffle.
Mounting post
The mounting posts must be totally free from wires. If the wires are mounted
incorrectly they will be damaged when the cabinet is assembled with the front
baffle.
Rubber sealing (x3)
It is important that the rubber sealings for cables are placed correctly. The reason is
that each speaker unit has its own sealed box. The product will not perform well,
if the cable sealings are not correctly placed.
Cable holders
It is important that all cable holders are used and correctly closed. If not, the wires
will be damaged when the cabinet is assembled with the front baffle.
!
Set of sealings
Before the assembly process is started, also confirm that the set of sealings on the
plastic baffle is OK (see page 8.1 - 8.2, pos. no. 9015/9016).
If the sealings appear to be damaged, they must be replaced. Otherwise
the product does not perform properly.
