Before assembly process
Critical assembly items
Before starting the assembly process there are some very important steps you must be
aware of. This is to ensure optimum performance of the speaker and to avoid cables
being damaged when assembled.
The following items requires attention before the assembly process:

Screw boss
- Cabinet/sealing

Screw hole (woofers)

Mounting post

Rubber sealing (x3)

Cable holders

Wire placement
Placement of wires in the product is very important. This is to ensure optimum
performance of the speaker and to avoid cables being damaged when assembled.
Refer to page 5.4 to see a survey of correct wire placement.
Safety (cable ties)
There are three locations where lashing of wires with cable ties are required. This is
very important because of safety.

Assembly process
When the top cabinet is to be assembled with the base cabinet, it is important to
follow a certain screw sequence. This is to avoid damaging the screw bosses.
Follow the procedure on page 5.5.
When the aluminium front is to be assembled with the speaker cabinet, it is
important to follow a certain screw sequence. This is to avoid damaging the
aluminium front. Follow the procedure on page 5.6.
Final check after repair
To ensure the product will be returned in perfect condition to the customer, please
read and follow the procedures described on page 5.7.
