Adjustments 3.3
ID Restore
The ID Restore function is used when PCB30, Digital Sound Engine is replaced and
it is
not
possible to communicate with the old module. In this case it is necessary
to get product data from the ServiceTool (factory data from a database). The
following is automatically transferred:

ID number
-
Serial number
-
Type number
-
Item number
-
Calibration of speaker units
-
LED settings (default settings)
-
A new calibration of amplifiers is performed again.
The procedure for this function is to manually enter the product ID number (a
unique 10 digits number printed on the product label).
Speaker Driver
Calibration of speaker units
Calibration of speaker driver is necessary when a speaker unit is replaced. The aim
is to ensure optimal sound even if the new speaker unit had to vary from the old
speaker unit. Use the ‘read’ function to enable the calibration data fields.
The procedure for the calibration function is to enter the deviation value (in dB)
printed on the new speaker and write it to the product.
Amplifier
Calibration of amplifiers
Calibration of amplifiers is necessary when PCB35, ICEpower amplifier is replaced.
The aim is to ensure optimal sound even if the new amplifier had to vary from the
old one.

Use ‘Read’ to check that calibration data is within the area +/- 3 dB.

Use ‘Calibrate’ to calibrate the new PCB35, ICEpower amplifier (calibrates all).
LED settings
This adjustment is not necessary but can be perceived as an additional option for
customers who have a special desire for the appearance of the LED diode. The
options are:

Default settings (factory).

Custom -
Full
level and
Dimmed
level can be adjustet as desired.
